Description:
- Supports multifamily capital markets groups based in Central Texas including investment sales conventional and land teams, debt and structured finance team, and national manufactured housing team
- Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Designs, prepares, and writes content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral
- Follows Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Performs up-to-date market research for Central Texas region
- Contributes to the research, writing, and production of comprehensive multifamily market research reports for Austin and San Antonio
- Creates and manages listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements
- Stays in front of design and marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and ahead of competitors
- Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings
- Support the Brokerage team to schedule property tours with the onsite staff and clients
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed
- Reports to Regional Director of Marketing
- Other administrative duties as needed
