Northmarq is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will provide daily design support to commercial real estate brokerage and marketing professionals in pursuing new assignments and creating marketing collateral for teams and properties to Northmarq at their Tulsa, OK office. The to-be-hire individual will be responsible for leading the production of marketing deliverables and providing creative and strategic direction that drives business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and internal clients, understand best practices in print and online design, and have excellent customer service skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
  • Execute the creation of illustrations, graphics, maps, and collateral that add value to business development materials and other marketing collateral.
  • Create offering memorandums, flyers, brochures, sales packages, HTML/online execution, and direct mail to support team or department marketing efforts.
  • Create custom designs using our company brand on some projects and utilize the branding on our building for sale for custom property-specific marketing.
  • Provide design direction to external vendors.
  • Manage print and digital production through completion with outside vendors as appropriate
  • Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.)
  • Serve as a member of the Property Marketing Team, which includes providing backup coverage for members, participating in team meetings, time tracking based on the project and sales team, communicating regularly with the team and Property Marketing Manager, and sharing work across offices as needed

Marketing:
  • Provide creative and strategic input to support marketing and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate to create property marketing campaigns and develop creative concepts.
  • Participate in team and business development brainstorming sessions.
  • Design graphics and images for email marketing and social media use to promote listings

Relationship Management:
  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with marketing, sales, and business development professionals.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team on corporate initiatives and brand standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work graphic design experience required. Experience in commercial real estate is a definite asset
  • Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Adobe CC suite of programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver required) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, is proactive, and takes initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Works well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others, and strong client service skills
