About the Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you'll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
  • Own and evolve Pump's brand system-ensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
  • Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion/animated assets
  • Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
  • Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital and brand
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication-comfortable working across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
  • Bonus: experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustration
