About the Role We're hiring a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you'll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
- Own and evolve Pump's brand system-ensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
- Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion/animated assets
- Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
- Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital and brand
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication-comfortable working across teams
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
- Bonus: experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustration

$80,000-$150,000 USD
