The Graphic Designer works within a multidisciplinary graphics team to concept and execute the creative for advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives across both print and digital platforms, owned media channels for all company branches, and retail products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative for marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, and mobile; collateral materials; and internal and external communications.
  • Conceptualize and develop visual themes and/or graphics for other initiatives as needed (retail product lines, events, training programs, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Contribute new ideas to the overall look and feel of the brand's constant evolution while maintaining a consistent image.
  • Work with Project Manager and Art Director to manage project deadlines and priorities.
Prerequisites:
  • Needs to demonstrate the ability to receive creative/art direction and turn it into tangible work
  • Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to direct and constructive feedback
  • Must be creatively and technically minded, understanding the creative process and possessing the technical ability to deliver on it
  • Extensive knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of web design best practices, print production experience, and illustration skills preferred
  • Experience in digital layout and UX design for digital platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others on workload issues and needs, the progress of work, and results
