Day-to-day:

Looking for DBA experience, preferably Tigergraph, need to know basic Tigergraph commands, if not Tigergraph, target Cassandra or Neo4j or other graph database and we can potentially open up from there.
Performance tuning, backups, installations, scaling the infrastructure, database configurations.
Experience in Python and Powershell/shell scripting.
Need knowledge of the cloud. Currently in GCP but will be moving to Azure. Open to AWS. Candidates should have experience in multiple major cloud platforms. If someone has Tigergraph we can forego that and just consider 1 cloud platform.
Just knowledge of hosting on VMs in the cloud, dics running on the cloud, cloud compute and storage. Do not need particular services. Databases themselves are not hosted on the cloud.
Team is also responsible for managing the data APIs in Java APIs are already built but would like experience in managing APIs and containerization (nice to have)
Ansible and Terraform also nice to have
Expects someone with strong technical aptitude to pick things up quickly.
Should expect basic database knowledge. Distinctions between databases, what use cases they serve, NoSQL, Relational Databases, Document Databases, GraphQL what are the best use cases for each based on capabilities/restrictions.

Must Have:

Database administration experience (Tigergraph, Net4j or other Graph database top priority, followed by Cassandra)
Performance tuning, database configuration and scalability, backup and recovery
Python scripting + other shell scripting (Powershell, Bash, Perl, etc)
Cloud experience (2/3 Azure, AWS, GCP) perspective of compute
