Grants Accountant - Up to $95k

Description:
- Manage and update records related to grants and gifts, ensuring timely preparation of reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests.
- Collaborate with the Advancement Office during the grant application process, particularly in the development of grant budgets.
- Oversee all post-award grant record-keeping activities, including time and effort reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update records for endowment accounts, including preparation of journal entries and financial reports.
- Prepare and maintain schedules of gift and grant accounts to support financial audits.
- Update and manage pledge documentation and associated general ledger accounts.
- Participate in required in-person meetings and online conference calls related to grant programs, including those for HRSA.
- Compile data and conduct analyses for various annual surveys.
- Reconcile gift and grant records with those maintained by the Advancement Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of grants accounting experience
