Graduate Nurse

This RN Transitional Residency Program offers new grads a 12-month clinical training with mentorship, flexible shifts, and opportunities across various units such as med/surg, critical care, and emergency at two NY hospitals.

•  Starting pay is $38.40/hr plus shift differentials, with benefits including tuition forgiveness, relocation assistance, PTO, retirement plans, health insurance, and professional development.

•  The program features shadowing, hands-on skills training, leadership workshops, and cohort support to ensure a smooth transition to independent nursing.

•  Preferred candidates have a BSN and clinical experience. Active RN license and CPR are required. Strong emphasis on community, growth, and work-life balance completes the package.
