Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is specifically designed for Emirati nationals eager to start their engineering careers. As a Graduate FLS Engineer, you will be involved in field-level systems and services, contributing to innovative projects and gaining industry experience.

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining field-level systems and services.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support engineering decisions and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve engineering processes.
  • Participate in on-site inspections and troubleshooting activities.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and project proposals.
  • Support senior engineers in project management and client communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Adhere to UAE industrial standards and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • UAE national certification or proof of Emirati citizenship (Family Book).
  • Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of field-level systems or services.
  • Knowledge of UAE standards and regulations.
  • Internships or co-op experience (preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to participate in on-site activities and fieldwork.
