Graduate IT Support Engineer - Kent - £26k + Excellent Benefits
Are you a recent IT graduate looking to kickstart your career in a thriving technology team? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join a well-established company with over 20 years of success in the industry. The role is based in Kent, offering a salary of £26,000 plus excellent benefits.
You will be joining an experienced IT team, supporting over 500 internal users and gaining exposure to a wide range of IT disciplines. Initially office-based for five days a week, the role will transition to hybrid working upon successful completion of the probation period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide first-line and second-line IT support to internal users.
Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Support Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Work with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
What Experience is Required:
A recent IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or virtualisation technologies.
