We are looking for graduate/assistant building surveyors.
Location: Preston/Manchester/Liverpool
Required
At least 2 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
Experience of both professional services and project management
Desire to work towards becoming chartered
Full driving license and own vehicle required
Signed on to APC or desire to work towards becoming chartered
Experience of residential/supported living refurbishment projects
Salary band £29,000
Vitality membership, including private health after successful completion of probation
33 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with service
Company bonus scheme
