Key job responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing

- Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and foster a strong team culture
- Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service
- Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
A day in the life
You'll work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks will include managing your team, addressing escalations, working on process improvements, and contingency planning. You will collaborate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyze data and performance metrics, and discuss technical improvements with engineers.
Qualifications include:
- Currently in the final year of a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language
- Relevant experience in data analysis
Additional experience in stakeholder communication, logistics environments, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are preferred.
