Job Details

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grading Project Manager & Estimator to oversee and estimate mass grading and excavation projects. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage projects from inception to completion while providing accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mass grading and excavation projects.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for grading projects.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Preferred Skills (not required):
  • Familiarity with underground utilities is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of experience in grading and excavation project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to manage and estimate grading projects effectively.
