Job Details

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grading Project Manager & Estimator to oversee and estimate mass grading and excavation projects. While WisDOT experience is preferred, it is not required, as the company is expanding in this area. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage projects from inception to completion while providing accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mass grading and excavation projects.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for grading projects.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Preferred Skills (not required):
  • Experience with WisDOT grading projects.
  • Familiarity with underground utilities is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in grading and excavation project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to manage and estimate grading projects effectively.
