Paid Ads Specialist (Part-Time, In-Office/Hybrid/ Remote - Irvine, CA)

Car Media Group is looking for a Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to deliver results. If you're confident in your ability to build and optimize high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, understand GA4 inside and out, and are fluent in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.), we want to hear from you.
This is a part-time, in-office position based in Irvine, CA. However, hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates located outside of commuting distance.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and translate data into actionable insights
- Manage and optimize ad budgets for efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad copy and assets that convert
- Create and maintain performance reports using Google Sheets and other tools within Google Workspace
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Expertise in GA4, including setup and tracking implementation
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- A data-driven mindset with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
