Are you ready to join an extraordinary team at an excellent golf club in Jupiter? Jonathan's Landing Golf Club seeks dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Golf Shop Attendants to join our vibrant team.
Schedule: - Typical shifts are 7a-3p or 9a-5p with some weekends and holidays
What You'll Do: As a Golf Shop Assistant at Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, you will be responsible for displaying, demonstrating, and selling golf supplies and related items in the Golf Shop. You will also administer daily golf shop duties such as opening and closing, answering calls, and making golf reservations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer point-of-sale transactions and maintain the day-to-day golf reservation systems by reserving tee times and lessons, checking in members and guests, and receiving payments.
- Accurately reconciles Point of Sale (POS) with daily sales reports at shift change points.
- Ensure the collection and recording receipt of appropriate payment (member charges and credit card transactions), following company procedures.
- Promote all department offerings, ensuring members and guests are informed of available services and programs.
- Assists the retail operation with arranging and displaying golf shop inventory.
- Assists in inventory control and accurate billing of members and guests
Who We're Looking For: - Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Individuals with a passion for providing superior customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor in busy situations.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in sales or customer service, club experience preferred
