The Company is a rapidly growing brand specializing in high-performance golf products. We're expanding our presence across the Americas and are looking for a results-driven Golf Sales Manager to lead our regional growth strategy.

Position Overview
As our Golf Sales Manager for the Americas, you will drive business development across North, Central, and South America. You'll create localized sales strategies, build high-level partnerships, and work closely with elite golf clubs, distributors, and online channels to establish and grow the company's market footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research regional demand (e.g., U.S. pro tournaments, Canadian private clubs, Mexican resort markets) and develop tailored sales strategies
  • Build partnerships with golf clubs, tournament organizers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify)
  • Define and meet sales targets across regions and channels
  • Manage high-value client relationships with professional players and club members by offering customized product solutions
  • Collaborate with organizations like the USGA and golf training institutions on co-branded products and technical partnerships
  • Monitor industry trends (e.g., eco-friendly materials, smart swing devices) to optimize the product portfolio
  • Work cross-functionally with local and HQ teams to ensure efficient supply chain and after-sales support
  • Produce regular market intelligence reports to support strategic planning
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in golf product sales, with strong familiarity with PGA standards and regional retail landscapes across the Americas
  • A well-established network in the local golf ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and negotiating large-scale deals (e.g., exclusive distribution agreements, sponsorships)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-border environments
  • Deep understanding of golf rangefinders and market competitors
  • Proficient with data analytics tools (Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, events, and tournaments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for expanding brand presence in emerging and mature markets
