Description

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring for a Golf Office Assistant to join our team

The position will entail a focus on administrative duties and tasks.

The position will be for 3 days per week or approximately 24 hours weekly Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming phone calls
  • Prep and code invoices for Timberscan: Attach and scan corresponding purchase orders.
  • Inventory: Purchasing and Distributing all uniform, safety, and office supplies.
  • Correspond with Human Resources with any inquiries from department staff.
  • Assist with any projects assigned by the Director of Grounds.
  • Keep office areas clean, tidy and organized.
Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Accuracy in record-keeping and communication is crucial.
  • Ability to manage schedules, paperwork.
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with associates.
  • Comfortable using office software for documentation and communication.
  • Have good organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate well and have good computer skills.
