Description The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring for a Golf Office Assistant to join our team
The position will entail a focus on administrative duties and tasks.
The position will be for 3 days per week or approximately 24 hours weekly Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming phone calls
- Prep and code invoices for Timberscan: Attach and scan corresponding purchase orders.
- Inventory: Purchasing and Distributing all uniform, safety, and office supplies.
- Correspond with Human Resources with any inquiries from department staff.
- Assist with any projects assigned by the Director of Grounds.
- Keep office areas clean, tidy and organized.

- Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with associates.
- Comfortable using office software for documentation and communication.
- Have good organizational skills.
