Job Description
- Help shape and prioritize Suterra's global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time and on budget.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancements.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interface.
- Collaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes.
Qualifications
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with growers, backed up by solid written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in complex project management, and the ability to integrate technical problem-solving into a plan for executing in the field.
- Proven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team setting.
- Business-first mentality and a bias for action.
- Autonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, and interact with executives and individual contributors simultaneously.
- Ability to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages, and cultures.
- Ability to travel up to 40% when necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field, engineering, or similar scientific disciplines.
- 5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing, or other industries where physical product development plays a critical role.
- Working knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations, and the associated inputs required for success.
Pay Range: $110,000-150,000 and may include the opportunity for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.
