About the Job The GloMA Product Owner and SW Engineer will support the C2BMC program and will be responsible for software development using Java and being a Product Owner on the GloMA Team. Location Colorado Springs, CO and Schriever SFB The Work You'll Do This position is for a Mid-Level Engineer on the C2BMC JEMINI program to serve as Product Owner of our GloMA team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for software development using Java. A successful candidate should be able to: Interact with other people using good verbal and written communication skills Work independently or with a small group Be flexible in a highly dynamic and ever-changing environment Provide leadership for a software team that performs in-depth analysis and technical support of a large, distributed system written in Java Perform complex problem resolution assisting software team in design, development, testing, integration, and user-support for a large code baseline Follow specifications in order to develop or modify stories for the software team to work Assist in removing blockers from software team Interface with other system support groups and software leadership to resolve problems, set standards and improve overall efficiency of the system What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience, or Masters' degree with 3+ years' experience, or equivalent Active Top-Secret clearance required to start, with the ability to be cleared at TS/SCI Java experience Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a rapid paced, team environment Knowledge of software practices and coding standards Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to review performance issues, identify root cause, recommend and develop a solution Experience in some or all of the following areas: Command and control system application development Previous experience with message translation software Automated test and pipeline development experience Experience developing software for Unix/Linux and Windows platforms Experience with Software Integration testing including developing automated test scripts Experience with Risk Management Framework/STIG/Fortify mitigation Prior experience designing and developing microservices and deploying with containers; experience setting up a container environment Preferred IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+ or equivalent) desired Salary Range: $120,000-$163,000 Our Approach At SecureStrux, we are committed to core values that guide the way we work with one another and our clients.
