Global Trade Coordinator Highlights
• The pay for this position is $34.11 per hour

• This position is a full-time contract.
Responsibilities
• Manage updates to export shipments based on information from regional centers, suppliers, and logistics providers
• Coordinate international shipments of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update logistics calendars, booking data, and trucker milestones
• Monitor container movement through the import process, working closely with logistics partners
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with global trade regulations, including export classifications and customs clearance
• Host daily meetings with outbound teams and logistics partners to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery excellence, compliance, and cost optimization
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or international shipping
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced English language skills
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ensure SLAs and SSAE compliance with vendors and 3rd party providers of key services to First Tennessee and customers
- Ensure proper compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, corporate and hospital policies and procedures, and implement risk, quality assessment and improvement programs within the hospital
- Promote continuous surveillance of potential hazards and risks in the environment from the perspective of patients, staff and visitors
- Develop slides and other communication tools and make periodic presentations to share trend information with key stakeholders
- Verify all Security Advisors are approved to drive on company business
- Compiling and maintaining processand procedure documentation as well as any submission reconciliation projects
- Maintain in conjunction with the Director of the Department a system for trending & analysis of reported incidents, complaints, and claim to identify areas requiring management attention
- Requesting lease files, TM information, product information, and other requested information as directed in response to litigation and discovery requests by the Sr
