We are seeking a Global Product Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of product quality management across our global operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring that Electrex products meet and exceed customer expectations, comply with industry standards, and drive quality excellence across manufacturing sites in the US and Mexico.
What You Will Do: - Lead the global quality strategy, ensuring product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing consistency and reduce defects.
- Oversee supplier quality performance, ensuring all materials meet stringent quality requirements.
- Establish and refine Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain compliance and foster continuous improvement.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, proactively engaging with clients and resolving quality concerns.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to enforce corrective actions and maintain compliance.
- Reduce the Cost of Quality (CoQ) by implementing cost-effective quality initiatives.
- Train and develop site quality leaders, fostering a culture of quality excellence across locations.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all aspects of production.
- Represent Electrex in industry forums and certifications, reinforcing our position as a premier wire harness supplier.

Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (wire harness or electrical components preferred).
- Industry-specific customer experience exceeding expectations, requiring compliance and proactive engagement.
- Experience managing quality across multiple sites, including international operations (U.S. & Mexico preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proven success in supplier quality management, customer issue resolution, and cost reduction initiatives.
