Amentum is supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in providing specialized training, advisory and mentoring services to host nations under the Criminal Division's International Criminal Investigative Training and Assistance Program (ICITAP). ICITAP is a cornerstone of America's global strategy for combating transnational crime, terrorism, countering trafficking in persons, establishing rule of law and enhancing human rights in developing countries. Amentum is the contract service provider to the DOJ ICITAP and Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) programs. POSITION SUMMARY: Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as global programs coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing task order execution for projects that have a global footprint. This individual will provide operational oversight for task order execution with a focus on providing technical management of subcontracted partners. This will include but not limited to managing recruiting, deployment, procurement, and logistical support. The duties and responsibilities listed herein are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. DUTIES: Manage subcontractor and partner productivity, quality and customer-expectations; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends, opportunities for efficiencies and on-contract growth. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer for assigned global projects. Works closely with customer on all actions related to task order execution. Coordinates/integrates task order resourcing/performance and oversee operational support to include budget and schedule of projects. Responsible for project coordination, to include the management and execution of conferences and study tours, travel, large and complex procurements, and managing logistical support. Facilitates a culture of continuous process improvement among team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliant. Prepares and provides high-quality reports to management and customer on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as required. Accountable for day-to-day programmatic and administrative tasks. Expected to coordinate with various functional area support personnel to appropriately administer the assigned task orders. SKILLS: Strong customer service skills are required and the ability to work closely with senior-level personnel Financial acuity as it relates to p-card administration and reconciliation. Ability to understand task order funding and execution in a government contracting activity. Organized, meticulous, and analytical. Experience with logistics contingency support, life cycle logistics is preferred. Familiarity with Government contracts including an understanding of FAR is preferred. Strong candidates will have demonstrated experience working in a culturally diverse workforce. Experience with short- and long-term project execution Must be able to work effectively under stress and pressure. Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritize tasks based on considerations of safety and mission importance. Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree. Combination of education and experience will be accepted. Experience: Prefer 2-3 years of progressive project coordination experience on large-scale projects. Strong consideration will be given to candidates who have worked with international development programs. Security Vetting: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Must maintain eligibility at the required security level for the duration of the contract. Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees and vendors.
