The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global New Product Marketer in Advanced Wound Care, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Identify new product opportunities that solve significant clinical challenges by building and leveraging strong market & customer knowledge
- Assess market opportunities around the world through working with local and regional team members, key opinion leaders and engaging industry associations
- Architect a new product roadmap that further differentiates our core portfolios while also identifies adjacent opportunities
- Develop strategies and tactics critical to successful new product commercialization including, development of global marketing plan, market research, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, creation of the business plan
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Marketing teams, and other cross functional team members to drive alignment and execution of global commercialization strategy
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs to drive new product evidence strategy and support implementation of scientific (clinical) marketing, health economics, and education strategy
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of marketing strategy or business management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- MBA degree or higher from an accredited university
- Product marketing/sales/clinical experience in Wound Care
- Upstream & downstream marketing related to new product introductions
- Project management and/or indirect team leadership experiences
- Experience in marketing strategy and sales implementation/execution
- Ability to manage ambiguity inherent in early phase product development
- Demonstrated cross functional team excellence
- Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions
