Brief Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to join our Global Medical & Scientific Affairs (GMSA) Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support various functions within GMSA and Research and Development (R&D), contributing to the success of our medical and scientific initiatives. In this role the Senior Coordinator will establish skills and capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Essential Functions
- Support EDGE Leadership Team Members:
- Manage expenses, travel arrangements, minute taking, and action follow-up.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Provide logistical support for GMSA All Hands Virtual Meetings and Therapy Area Quarterly Virtual Meetings.
- Organize on-site EDGE and/or GMSA meetings.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Update distribution lists and organization charts monthly and as needed.
- Process contracts and Purchase Orders in Coupa.
- Handle HCP engagements in engagementNOW.
- Provide ad hoc operational support for various projects.
- Logistical Support:
- Assist with HCP activities led by the R&D HCP Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Data Management:
- Support the operations team with data entry and collation into the designated budget tracking tool for GMSA.
- Regularly review and follow up with owners of OKR SmartSheets.
- Training and Compliance:
- Monitor and track GMSA training and quality assignments and metrics.
- Periodically update GMSA onboarding materials and ensure their dissemination.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience:
- Previous experience in medical affairs contract management, including global contracting, medical operations, and/or logistics and planning is preferable but not essential.
- Professionalism:
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using software tools like Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet
- Financial platforms experience preferred

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: £28,000.00 - £42,000.00
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
