We are seeking a dynamic and creative Global Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role requires a presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and is based in the Twin Cities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across B2B audiences globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage marketing agency partners to align program execution and deliverables.
- Proofread and enforce proper brand usage to ensure brand compliance, and perform basic editing to existing InDesign materials.
- Manage project schedules, estimates, and creative briefs to ensure timely, on-budget, and on-strategy marketing programs.
- Oversee the creation of foundational product content, campaign assets, and external communications to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Minimum of four years of experience in agency (account, project management, production, graphic design, or digital role) and/or corporate/business marketing.
- At least two years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent writing and proofing skills, creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Strong project facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience writing creative briefs.
- Customer/client-centric mindset with enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels such as social media, email/marketing automation, tradeshows, websites, brochures, etc.
