Global Marketing Communications Specialist (B2B)

As a Global Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the voice and visibility of leading branded products across B2B audiences worldwide.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to craft and deliver impactful marketing communications programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing strategic, integrated communications to boost awareness and drive purchase intent across global B2B markets.

Collaborating across departments and with marketing agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.

Ensuring brand consistency by proofreading content, enforcing brand guidelines, and performing basic edits to existing Adobe InDesign files.

Managing project timelines , creative briefs, and budgets to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.

Creating compelling content and campaign assets , ensuring everything adheres to standard operating procedures and compliance standards.

What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.

• At least 4 years of experience in agency or corporate/business marketing roles (account management, project management, production, design, or digital).

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and content editing skills.

• Experience developing creative briefs and guiding marketing initiatives.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a creative and strategic approach.

• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and customer-centric attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Familiarity with marketing channels such as social media, email/automation, tradeshows, websites, and brochures.
