Global Marketing Communications Specialist (B2B)
Location: Hybrid in Greater St. Paul Type: Contract Industry: B2B Marketing

As a Global Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the voice and visibility of leading branded products across B2B audiences worldwide.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to craft and deliver impactful marketing communications programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing strategic, integrated communications to boost awareness and drive purchase intent across global B2B markets.
• Collaborating across departments and with marketing agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
• Ensuring brand consistency by proofreading content, enforcing brand guidelines, and performing basic edits to existing Adobe InDesign files.
• Managing project timelines , creative briefs, and budgets to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
• Creating compelling content and campaign assets , ensuring everything adheres to standard operating procedures and compliance standards.
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• At least 4 years of experience in agency or corporate/business marketing roles (account management, project management, production, design, or digital).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and content editing skills.
• Experience developing creative briefs and guiding marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a creative and strategic approach.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with marketing channels such as social media, email/automation, tradeshows, websites, and brochures.
