Position: Global Growth Marketing Manager
Duration: 1 year contract, with potential to become ongoing
Hybrid Remote/ On Site 3 days per week in Newark NJ
Pay: $60.14/hr (DOE)
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of customer-centric and data-driven marketing initiatives. They will spearhead engaging campaigns and programs that drive member acquisition, revenue growth, and retention. You will manage multiple projects with evolving requirements while keeping senior stakeholders informed of progress. Your responsibilities will include optimizing user experiences for campaigns and analyzing performance metrics to ensure campaign success.
Global Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and management of data-driven marketing campaigns across various marketplaces to support growth initiatives.
• Achieve monthly growth and revenue targets through effective campaign delivery.
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle: from creative development to operational execution, including segmentation, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and channel owners to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure all campaign approvals are obtained from relevant stakeholders including leadership and legal teams.
• Implement testing strategies on new and existing platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Document and communicate issues promptly to facilitate quick resolution among teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports and insights to management.
Global Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing role within a digital subscription or entertainment company.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools, email marketing platforms, marketing automation systems, CMS, JIRA, Tableau, etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in acquisition and/or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional marketing programs effectively.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering comprehensive campaigns end-to-end.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as user segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• A track record of managing performance-oriented campaigns utilizing A/B testing methodologies.
