Global Digital Marketing Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Develop best-in-class digital strategy to unlock and elevate the company's ability to reach and engage with its business audiences across its digital touchpoints.
  2. Identify, define, manage and evaluate complex initiatives that have broad impact.
  3. Work with other teams to define functional scope and ensure goals are aligned.
  4. Set a compelling vision for the function which is in line with the company strategy.
  5. Make strategic recommendations to inform strategy, go-to-market planning and execution of business marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives.
  6. Work with both regional and central teams to ensure digital strategies remain relevant and effective.
  7. Leverage vast prior experience advising and directing management team to drive both strategy and execution, applying analytical and creative insights to produce and direct effective digital marketing.
  8. Provide recommendations on holistic marketing strategy and activation plans involving owned, earned and paid digital channels.
  9. Lead measurement strategy to prove the value and return of digital marketing plans and tactics.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Consulting, Communications, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field and five years of work experience in job offered or in a business analyst or media management/strategy-related occupation.
  2. Requires five years of experience in the following:
    1. Driving digital marketing strategy for initiatives across digital channels including social, web and email
    1. Analyzing audiences, insights, needs and determining how to best reach and engage target audiences through digital distribution with effective messages
    1. Collaborating with various regional and global cross-functional teams to better integrate digital go-to-market activities for priority programs and initiatives
    1. Building, improving and scaling digital channels through clear strategic direction, defined audience segmentation, content strategy and efficient operations
    1. Establishing KPI frameworks to track and measure success across different channels including metric definitions, regular reporting and share-outs of key learnings and recommendations
    1. Managing multiple concurrent projects
    1. Digital advertising platforms
    1. Leveraging and managing product suite, industry, and competitive landscape
    1. Communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders or partners
    1. Influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers and teams to drive results and
    1. Contributing insight and recommendations at both strategic and operational levels.
Public Compensation:

$266,567/year to $279,620/year + bonus + equity + benefits
