What the day will look like
We are seeking an experienced individual in the global benefits and/or human capital industry to lead our sales efforts across North America (NA). This role involves working directly with the NA GB leader and the Global Chief Commercial Officer for GB to execute a sales strategy focused on expanding our client base, especially targeting new clients and facilitating introductions for our services supported by the GB consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Expanding Opportunities for Global Benefits: Drive targeting new logo opportunities, leveraging existing relationships to expand new business and create a robust pipeline.
- Organizing Target Lists: Manage lists of target clients across North America.
- Role on Client Team: Track sales progress, connect with clients via email, social media, in person, and phone to generate leads for consulting teams.
- Managing Intellectual Capital: Organize all GB practice intellectual capital and marketing materials to facilitate client engagement.
- Client Facing: Maintain regular contact with internal practice leads, sales channels, and targeted clients through various channels.
- Relationship Management: Anticipate and address client needs, establishing relationships to drive sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Ten plus years in global benefits or large market health sales (preferred).
- Exceptional consultative and sales/marketing skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning on global benefit topics.
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Information
The salary range for this U.S.-based position is $170,000 to $260,000 annually, with potential incentives and benefits as described.
