You Will

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, scheduling, deployment, and optimization across multiple channels.
  • Create content and messaging tailored to merchant segments and lifecycle stages, from acquisition through retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and account management teams to define segment strategies, lifecycle goals, and orchestrate integrated campaigns with clear feedback and reporting.
  • Stay updated on lifecycle marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, and optimize accordingly.
  • Partner with MarTech & Ops teams to develop automation workflows and journey orchestration.
  • Work with Data Science to standardize dashboards and reporting frameworks for merchant progression.
  • Provide actionable insights on lifecycle program performance, including conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Apply data-driven experimentation to improve merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention continuously.

Impact You'll Make

  • Strategic Impact: Drive revenue growth through multi-channel lifecycle programs focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Orchestrate automation and experimentation across channels to optimize merchant conversion and revenue.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing Operations to design automation workflows and analytics frameworks; champion continuous optimization through A/B testing.

You Have

  • 8+ years of B2B lifecycle/growth marketing experience with successful multi-channel campaign management.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, SMS).
  • Experience leading global initiatives in a Matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and regional partners.
  • Strong project management and campaign planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Innovation-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and industry best practices.
