Role & Responsibilities:
Retain, develop and grow of the assigned account's revenue, gross margin and volume.
Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to execute account development plan.
Understand client's challenges and provide competitive solutions.
Build solid relationships with the key decision makers in charge of global logistic procurement.
Drive and implement SOPs to meet client's KPI's.
Organize, leads, and review RFQ/KPI/QBR.
Drive operational excellence with continued improvement plans.
Monitor account receivables to meet company's KPI's.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
At least 7 years' work experience in freight forwarder industry.
Proven work experience on account management.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Strong business acumen with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information.
Excellent organization, analytical, written, and oral communications skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while exercising sound judgement.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
Must be a confident self-starter who can develop effective business relationships, both internally and externally.
Candidates must be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and eager to ensure the success of the team.
Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Excellent computer knowledge, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.
