Preferred Education/Experience - Master's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. and with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and a strong understanding of GIS applications and technologies.
Relevant Work Experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, required.
- Ability to advocate for and understand the needs of O&R Business Units, required.
- Exceptional document review skills, providing insightful comments to enhance project documentation, required.
- Decisiveness in signing off on requirements, functional specifications, and component specs related to integration, required.
- Proven experience as a GIS Project Team Lead with a focus on system integration, preferred.
- Strong background in working on enterprise systems and delivering successful integration solutions, preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and best practices, preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide solution preferences for integration, preferred.
- Proven experience in GIS integrations, specifically in electric and gas utility operations, preferred.
- Strong understanding of GIS applications and technologies, preferred.
