Required Education/Experience - Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience.
- Master's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience.
Preferred Education/Experience - Master's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience with ArcFM experience.
Relevant Work Experience - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, required.
- Exceptional document review skills, providing insightful comments to enhance project documentation, required.
- Decisiveness in signing off on requirements, functional specifications, and component specs related to database management, required.
- High-level understanding of databases, with a focus on geodatabases, required.
- Proficiency in ESRI ArcCatalog for geodatabase administration, required.
- Experience in providing access and privileges to geodatabase users, preferred.
- Knowledge of geoprocessing tools for data manipulation and an Understanding of versioning processes, reconciliation, and geodatabase compress, preferred.
- Familiarity with data replication processes in a geodatabase environment. Ability to repair geometry issues and ensure spatial data accuracy, preferred.
- Proven experience in GIS database management, specifically in electric and gas utility operations, preferred.
- Strong understanding of GIS applications and technologies, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands - Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
