Girls Track Head Coach

The Girls Track Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the girls' track and field program, including organizing practices, developing training plans, and coaching athletes in various events. The coach promotes a positive team culture, encourages academic and athletic excellence, and ensures the safety and well-being of all participants. Additional responsibilities include supervising assistant coaches, coordinating meet logistics, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with school district and athletic association policies. Prior coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and required background clearances and certifications are essential.
