Essential Job Functions - Support and help implement the Head Coach's vision for the girls track program
- Provide positive leadership for all levels of track
- Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
- Teach life and sport-specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success of Hoover Middle School
