Season Dates: April 15, 2025 - June 15, 2025
Duties: Assist the Spring Lake Park Girls Football program and coaching staff with the following duties, including but not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.
Preferences: A BA/BS Degree and MN Teaching License with coaching certificate highly preferred.
Qualifications: A strong background in high school and/or college football competition as a participant and/or coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community. Previous experience as a player and/or coach preferred.
