During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our long-term partner, who is the world's leading retailer of Christmas-related holiday decorations. You will help their customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with products and services. Whether it's by phone, email, or chat, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Given the nature of the project, our partner needs increased support before and during the Christmas period. So, the project will start from the end of September and will finish at the end of January.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Provide detailed information on products/services and guide customers through solutions and soft up-selling of services and quality holiday decoration products.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.

  • Update customer accounts, process orders, and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

  • Continuously improve by gaining product knowledge, and staying updated on company policies and procedures.

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have exceptional communication skills: You are a clear, friendly and patient communicator. You understand the customer's needs and are dedicated to finding solutions that work for them.

  • You have C1 level (advanced) German-speaking skills plus B2 level (intermediate) in English.

  • You have great problem-solving abilities: You thrive on helping others and can think quickly on your feet.

  • You have exceptional multitasking abilities: You can seamlessly handle several tasks, inquiries, and platforms at once without compromising quality by having a keen eye for accuracy and are highly organized.

  • For foreign nationals' possession of Travel & Work visa, Student visa or Residence permit is a must.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required; we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:

In addition to your base salary:

  • You will get a fixed amount of project bonus monthly.

  • There are shift allowances for evening and weekend work.
