Position Details:Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our REACH (Resource for Elderly And Care at Home) Program serving our geriatric patients in the greater Willimantic area.Requirements:- Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
- Experience: At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioners (APRN) or Physician Assistants (PA)
