Geriatrician Inpatient Team-Based Care

Full-time, Weekdays Only
Join a respected, multidisciplinary geriatrics team in Hartford, CT, providing inpatient care to older adult patients. This position offers the support of a large, team-based care model and opportunities for teaching and leadership within a well-resourced healthcare environment.
What You ll Do:
Provide inpatient geriatric care as part of a collaborative care team
Optional teaching with faculty appointment
Participate in quality improvement and team-based coordination of care
