Currently ManTech is seeks a motivated, career, and customer oriented GEOINT Business Lead to join our team in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the coordination of the bi-weekly Combat Operations Support Team (COST) and update presentations for the Director and office leadership on behalf of IX leadership. This includes preparing deployer status slides and organizing and reviewing deployed leadership / analysts' briefs.
Schedule and coordinate the delivery of special analytic briefs in support of expeditionary operations and send out appropriately classified briefs via emails and keep an accurate distribution list.
Work logistics issues with the VTC Team, track/update/research action items from the COST Update and respond to and resolve assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Produce the Daily Accountability Matrix (DAM) (Monday-Friday) by organizing/editing all deployed site reports into one report. Identify inaccurate, conflicting, or incomplete information, and work with IX recruiters and schedulers and deployed leadership to research and fix these discrepancies. Produce the weekly IX Senior Accountability Report showing an executive level view of the DAM.
Coordinate the bi-weekly Mission Manager meetings for the IX leadership, to include preparing the agenda and writing and editing the minutes from the meetings. Send out calendar invites with meeting minutes attached, keep up an accurate distro list, and work with NGA VTC Team on logistics. Track, research, and update action items from the meetings, and respond/resolve assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Help with DOD Global Force Management (GFM) requests, attend weekly VTC meetings, and work with IX leadership to accept or reject NGA requests for forces (RFFs).
Attend Operation Planning Team (OPT) meetings for emerging and new requirements of expeditionary operations and shall keep IX leadership informed of potential impacts of new requirements to existing deployed/operational resources. Attend other analytic round tables and IC special interest meetings concerning deployed analysts.
Minimum Qualifications: 11 years of GEOINT analytical experience
Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years' experience
Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools with editing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the Intelligence Community
Experience with setting up WebEx or IC Connect
Understanding of DoD and deployed environment.
GEOINT Experience.
Clearance Qualifications :Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly
Physical Requirements: Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
