Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Urology is searching for a Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeon to join a busy reconstructive Urology practice. The ideal candidate has a commitment to excellent patient care and teaching. This faculty position is on the clinical track and will focus on genitourinary reconstructive surgery and include aspects of general urology. The position involves teaching urology residents, medical students and involvement in the academic life of the urology department.
Loma Linda University Health is a teaching, research and tertiary care academic center located in Southern California's Inland Empire of the Riverside-San Bernardino metro area. We have a new hospital that is state-of-the-art, allowing for the newest advances in technology and patient care. We are located at the foot of the San Bernardino mountains, we have convenient access to beach cities, skiing, hiking, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
Applicants at all career levels are welcome and an appointment at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or full Professor is available commensurate with experience.
Highlights: The department maintains a thriving clinical practice at the academic medical center and cares for underserved populations at two safety-net hospitals and the Jerry L. Pettis VA Hospital. Reconstruction opportunities including trauma and cancer survivorship, are available across clinical sites.
Academic appointment, rank, and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and primary board certification. Requirements include:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible with California Medical License
- Excellent clinical and teaching skills
- Reconstructive (GURS) fellowship

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $300,000 - $400,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
