Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume retail/food service operation with $7+ million in annual revenue. This privately-owned, non-franchised company offers exceptional stability, growth opportunities, and long-term career potential. Our GMs typically enjoy tenure of 5+ years with total compensation reaching six figures for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 40+ employees
Oversee store operations with 24/7 availability (rarely needed overnight)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for succession planning
Set and uphold customer service, cleanliness, and culture standards
Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets
Manage multiple departments including food service and retail operations
Ensure consistent execution of company standards and policies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of management experience
Current experience managing teams of 30+ employees
Experience in high-volume ($5M+) retail, grocery, convenience store, or food service operations
Proven track record as a General Manager in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong leadership capabilities with understanding of various leadership styles
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work within 45 minutes of assigned location
24/7 availability (though overnight calls are rare)
Commitment to minimum 5-year tenure with the company

Preferred Qualifications

Multi-unit management experience
Experience in convenience stores, grocery stores, or big box retail, casual restaurant(high-volume locations)
Formal leadership training or education
Experience managing combined food & beverage and retail operations
Track record of building strong talent pipelines
Experience with monthly bonus structures and performance metrics
