General Vascular Technologist Qualifications

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and/or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular and general sonography.
Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols.

Responsibilities
Vascular Sonography:
Perform and interpret vascular ultrasound examinations, including Doppler studies, carotid duplex, venous studies, and arterial evaluations.
Ensure the proper use of ultrasound equipment and maintain high standards of image quality.
Assess vascular anatomy and pathology, providing accurate measurements and documentation.
General Sonography:
Conduct a variety of general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and small parts imaging.
Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to the diagnostic process.
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
The General/Vascular Technologist applying for the position in the area would cover our client accounts in and around this area including the cities Reading.
