Job Details

In-patient general surgery RN - days.

What You Will Be Doing

Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process
Assess patient needs and collaborate on individualized care plans
Educate patients and families using Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed
Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions and performance improvement initiatives
Develop professionally through goal setting, feedback, and continuing education
Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient hospital environment

Skills You Need

Active RN license in North Carolina and BLS certification
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
At least one year of nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
