Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize store profitability by managing expenses and leading a high-performing team.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction that exceeds brand standards while driving store profitability.
  • Select, develop, and inspire a motivated and engaged team.
  • Create a welcoming shopping experience and respond effectively to guest inquiries.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet business demands, with a proactive approach to hiring.
  • Delegate work and manage time efficiently through smart scheduling.
  • Direct and oversee training programs to ensure a knowledgeable staff.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, encouraging mutual respect among team members.
  • Recognize and celebrate the contributions of store associates.
  • Support career development through performance management and development opportunities.
  • Monitor store operations to maintain the highest safety and service standards.
  • Implement and uphold safety programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Address and document all guest and associate incidents promptly.
  • Lead change initiatives and ensure seamless execution of new programs.
  • Achieve key performance targets and manage financial plans effectively.
  • Conduct analyses of financial reports to optimize store operations.
  • Build relationships with community partners to enhance store-engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability for varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred.
  • Background in staff selection, training, and management.
  • Experience in labor allocation, sales management, and expense oversight.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Capability to handle physical responsibilities, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role is required.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
