A long-standing, physician-owned otolaryngology group in the greater New Haven area is seeking a
Board Certified/Board Eligible General ENT to join their thriving private practice. This is a rare opportunity to take over a full caseload immediately due to a planned retirement and to fast-track into partnership within 18-24 months.
Opportunity Highlights- General ENT practice with optional focus areas (Sialoendoscopy, Sleep, Otology, etc.)
- Immediate full patient panel and surgical volume
- 3-4 days/week in clinic + 1-1.5 days/week in the OR
- Weekly rotation through multiple well-established locations
- Academic collaboration available through a major university hospital
- ASC ownership and ancillary income opportunities available
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $350,000-$400,000 (depending on experience)
- Earning potential: $600,000-$800,000+
- Partnership track: 18-24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables
- Ancillary revenue: Audiology, allergy, ASC income, and real estate investment options
- Relocation assistance and $25,000 commencement/retention bonus
