General Operator - Microelectronics
Location: Bolton
Contract Length: 12 months (Likely to be extended)
Security Clearance: BPSS required
Pay Rate: 23.91 per hour, rising to 25.26 after 12 weeks
IR35 - Inside IR35 via an Umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soldering components under a microscope
- Handling and assembling microelectronic parts
- Maintaining high standards of quality within a manufacturing setting
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in micro soldering and working under a microscope
- Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
- Defence or aerospace experience is not required, but would be desirable.
Work Pattern Options:
- Standard Days: Mon-Thurs 7:00-15:36, Fri 7:00-11:36
- 12-Hour Shifts: Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri, 7:00-19:00
- Nights: Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts
