- Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm, weekends 9 am - 1 pm with negotiable shift times
- 20 - 25 patients per 12-hour day
- Outpatient urgent care practice setting
- Support team includes RN, MA, PAINP, and office staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Suturing and splinting skills required
- Provider apartment available
