Job Description
As General Manager UK&I, you will:
- Lead and manage the UK business to achieve business objectives.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of business operations with a focus on sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage budget and resource allocation.
- Analyse and report on sales metrics and forecast future sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
The General Manager UK&I should have:
- A track record of selling IT technology solutions into the Retail and Hospitality sectors, which is an absolute must for the role.
- Ideally an enterprise customer focus and take a hands on approach to sales as well as driving sales through teams.
- Both a sales and operational leadership background.
- A proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi functional team.
- A sales led background with a track record of delivering growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales metrics and forecasting trends.
- The willingness to travel for client meetings, including weekly travel to their Leeds office.
