Position Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff.
  • Leverage GPS Hospitality Systems for effective restaurant management, focusing on precise projections and optimum schedules.
  • Implement restaurant controls with an emphasis on cash and inventory management.
  • Engage with the community to enhance our restaurant's public relations.
  • Meet standards for quick service, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment and keep all equipment well-maintained.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • Lead by example with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Comply with all regulations, employment laws, food safety standards, and accounting controls.
  • Supervise based on GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with all management levels regarding plans, progress, and challenges.
  • Successfully execute all marketing promotions.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, standards, training, and management development.
  • Develop the management skills and technical knowledge of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to foster growth.
Position Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Preferred: ServSafe certification.
